DMT : Ludhiana : (24 May 2023) : – Ludhiana District Basketball Championships for U-14 & U-16 Boys & Girls were inaugurated today at Guru Nanak Stadium basketball grounds by the District Sports Officer(DSO) Rupinder Singh . Present on the occasion were Gen Sec Of Punjab Basketball Association Teja Singh Dhaliwal and Distt Basketball Association executive members viz Brij Bhushan Goyal, Vijay Chopra,Narinder Kumar ,Chief Coach of LBA Rajinder Singh and Coach Saloni among others. DSO advised teenage players to remain passionate about the game to excel further. Teja Singh Dhaliwal congratulated school coaches for inculcating interest in youth towards basketball . Brij Goyal gave all the players a pledge to never succumb to drugs in life.
