DMT : Ludhiana : (21 June 2023) : – NCC unit of RGC with 3 Pb(G) Bn Ludhiana celebrated International Yoga Day. Even having summer vacations cadets of NCC took part in celebration. They also raised the slogan “Yoga keeps us fit”. Offg. Principal Prof. Jaspaul Kaur expressed her views saying the Yoga improves the health and helps to improve the immune system. She added that regular Yoga practices improve IQ level, memory and even concentration.
S. Ranjodh Singh, President Ramgarhia Educational Council also emphasized the importance of Yoga and physical exercises in daily life. ANO Lt. Dr. Seema Sharma along with cadets took oath to keep themselves fit by practicing Yoga regularly.
